UAB ISMIRA is an international service company operating in the area of recruitment and crewing. Its core activities are the recruitment and placement of quality staff in various fields.
Since its formation in 1999, ISMIRA has become a leading recruitment company for cruise industry in Lithuania. Company market and business locations has been constantly growing creating agent offices in Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine and covering other neighboring countries from the existing office locations. Main area of activities is hospitality and cruise industry, however new fields such as offshore and construction industries are constantly being researched and evaluated for possible business development opportunities.

- To implement the Quality Policy through each Employee relizing its necessity and importance;
- To reach the level of quality when each employee would complete their tasks without any mistakes; To strive for achiving and exceeding customer satisfaction;

- To develop new services and products that are or would be demanded by the customers;

- To ensure stable quality of services constantly minimising the costs and eliminating discrepancies due to timely prevention measures.
- Review and Audit:
The Quality Policy is subject to review for continuing suitability during annual internal audits and regularly during the management review meetings.

Each existing and new employee shall be familiarized with both the Company Policy and Quality Objectives documents. These documents are available in free access in our company data base. The newest version of the Quality Policy is posted in the office and also on the company web page.
