What data do we collect and process and for what purposes?

Can you not provide your data?
Yes, but only in certain cases, i.e. when personal data is collected based on consent (for example, for participation in selective purposes, for representation purposes) or in cases of direct marketing. However, if you want to order our services or we have agreed to purchase your goods / services, you must submit your data. We collect only the data necessary for the provision of services or the purchase of goods / services related to the abovementioned purposes for the collection of personal data, therefore you do not agree to submit the data. You will not be able to purchase our services or we will not be able to purchase your goods / services.
How long do we keep your data?
- To the extent that we are obliged to protect the law (for example, invoices are kept for 10 years, contracts are kept for 10 months from their execution / termination, etc.)
- Data received during the execution of an order (in the provision of services) are stored together with the contract / transaction on the basis of which they were received: in order to prove the services rendered, their volume, the documents prepared, etc.
- When the term law does not specify, we keep your data: only during the selection period, or for 3 years (eg correspondence, offers made, draft contracts, etc.).

How can you exercise your rights?
If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, you must submit a reasoned request with your name, contact information, indicate how you would like to receive a reply (by post, e-mail) and arrange your request.
You can submit your request:
- Directly in our office in Klaipėda Turgaus str. 29 or in Vilnius Gelvonų str. 2 by submitting your identity document, or
- By e-mail [email protected] if the request is confirmed by your electronic signature, or
- By mail. You must attach a notarized copy of the identity document to the request.
Requests which, at the time of submission, are not capable of identifying the person who submitted it, are not examined and the sender / tenderer is informed of the reasons for the decision.
We will provide our response within 30 calendar days, having the right to extend the time limit for processing such an application for objective reasons.
